The EMS / HoopTech Cap Framing Gage is the easiest most consistent way to prepare a finished cap for sewing. Its patented “T” Bar stretcher allows the experienced embroiderer as well as the novice, to frame up and sew a cap with a confidence level that other cap frames only dream of.
The EMS/Hoop Tech Cap Frame will simply hold the front two panels of a finished cap better that any other cap frame.
With it’s three point gripits, (sweat band + both sides of the front panels) it locks the backing and fabric tightly in place for the best registration possible.
The patented “T-Bar” Framing Gage stretches the material flat with ease before clamping it in the Cap Frame.
The EMS / Hoop Tech Cap Frames are built tough to stand up to day to day production use. The heavy gage stainless steel construction will give you years of service. The EMS / Hoop Tech Cap frame design allows for variation in cap size, shape and material thickness. The SHOE CLAMP series is single window specialty clamp designed especially for sewing on the sides of soccer shoes. The clamps are build with high strength aluminum and are very heavy duty. The clamping pressure required to hold a stiff leather shoe while sewing over a machine sewing arm is extreme, and the SHOE CLAMP is up to the task. The sewing fields on a shoe are limited by shoe size, design location, and size of your embroidery machines sewing arm, but with the Hoop Tech SHOE CLAMP you can personalize soccer shoes, running shoes, gym shoes, slippers, UGG boots and many more hard to hold items.
To use the SHOE CLAMP, attach it to the drive bar on your embroidery machine, open the upper clamping window with the large clamping knob, insert the shoe side or tong, align the shoe using the window sides for reference and tighten the clamping knob to get the desired hold. Then run a trace to make sure that there is enough room inside the shoe for the design.
The SHOE CLAMP is mounted directly to the machine drive bar (same as your cap driver), for a positive attachment. Machine specific adapters bolt to the clamp body and are used to attach and adjust the clamp to fit your embroidery machine. Hoop Tech makes adapter brackets for all major embroidery machine brands.
